Blasting Room Wall
 

The blast room walls are fabrication by sandwich panel with noise attenuation interlayer, which total thickness is 50mm-100mm. To prevent wear, the inside of the chamber adopts 5mm thick wear-resistant rubber guard board for protection. Each sandwich panel (2 meters) has a strong frame made from the square tube. This ensures they will not deformation during transportation and installation, the grinding and painted square tube will be far enough to be resistant the corrosion by the natural environment.

The dust removal tuyere set up on the principle of the "top feed, bottom suck, top emissions", so that it can make the dust flow to the bottom as far as possible to increase the operator's visibility.
