Water Sandblasting Pot, Wet Abrasive Blasting Pot
Kafan Water Sandblasting Pot is especially suitable for non-removable or large parts of the surface treatment, direct pressure design is applicable for surface in greater sandblasting density demands. The main advantage of water sandblasting over sand blasting is that it reduces dust, allowing for operators to work in a wide range of environments with minimal setup and cleanup costs. It results in a cleaner, more consistent finished, ready to coat, with no embedded particles or clinging dust.

1. The machine body is made of 6mm cold-rolled welded steet with painted surface, solid and anti-rust.

Working Principle of Water Sand Blasting Pot
The portable pressure sandblasting equipment use compressed air as driven force, that is, the high speed flow of compressed air in the vessel forms high-pressure to conveys the abrasive to the sand hose, then the abrasive is blasted through the nozzle to the workpiece surface, which powerfully remove heavy rust or paints, increase working efficiency 3 times more than suction blaster.
