2, Product introduction
The capping beam formwork is a sophisticated assembly comprising a steel hoop, supporting beam, and steel formwork. The steel hoop, crafted from robust 12 mm thick steel plate, is complemented by an I-beam support. The formwork itself is a three-layer construct featuring a panel, rib, and back. Depending on the structural requirements, it can be classified into orthogonal and oblique capping beams. Designed for optimal performance, the capping beam side formwork is set in large blocks to minimize vertical seams and enhance surface quality. The panel's surface must be impeccably smooth, free from scars and corrosion. Weld treatments should be seamless and without noticeable traces. The flatness deviation must not exceed 2mm, and template edges should be neat and precise. The back structure layout should be pragmatic, ensuring the materials used can endure multiple cycles of disassembly, storage, and turnover without deformation. Formwork bracing bolts should be strategically placed along the upper and lower edges to prevent setting bolts within the concrete, with each bolt crafted from round steel bars of at least 16 mm in diameter and spaced appropriately to meet construction demands.
