Crosscut Testing for Powder Coating:

Our quality control (QC) team conducts thorough inspections of the powder coating by illuminating the surface from both sides. This meticulous process ensures that no flaws escape detection. Additionally, our QC measures the powder coating thickness at multiple points across the fence panel, with an average thickness exceeding 100 µm.
