Product Description
The teapot foundry ladle has an additional teapot spout is designed at the mouth of the ladle body, so that when the molten iron flows out, it must pass through the lower part of the teapot spout. In this way, all suspended solids and residues in the molten iron float on the upper part of the molten iron in the barrel, and the molten iron flowing out through the teapot spout is filtered pure molten iron. It is more conducive to producing high-quality castings.
 
Characteristic of Machinery
Teapot type foundry ladle mainly consists of the following parts:
> Assembly of hanging bracket
> Deceleration mechanism
> Security device
> Barrel
> Hand-wheel

*Deceleration mechanism
The capacity of ladle is no more than 7T, the deceleration mechanism is made of a set of bevel gears and a first-stage worm gear pair;
*If the capacity of ladle is 8~15tons, the deceleration mechanism is a two-stage worm drive;
*Worm gear is made of copper, the deceleration mechanism has secure and reliable worm gear, and worm drive, the ladle has been been equipped reasonably and processed in excellent workmanship, by which it has effectively solved common breakdown. Moreover, it can be manipulated easily, with flexible hand-wheel and worm in perfect performance of self-latching.
*Security device
The rod is equipped with security device, which is a kind of fork-typed safety device. In the process of lifting, the boom on the casting ladle shall be locked by the safety device, in order to guarantee the safety in this process.However, in the process of pouring, the safety device shall be unlocked before pouring.
