Jarlo CYTJ102/2mining hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is suitable for blasting drilling in underground mines, tunnels and underground factory excavations. The maximum working area is 45m2(the maximum width is 8.72 meters and the maximum height is 6.35 meters),the drilling aperture diameter is 41 -102m.The double-arm design can greatly improve the drilling efficiency and the automatic unscrewing system allows one operator to operation two sets of arms; The hydraulic parallel mechanism of the boom can achieve fast and accurate positioning; the diesel-electric dual power system does not produce exhaust gas during operation and takes into account the need for rapid transition.
 
  1. Technical Performance

1.1 Rock Drill

The CYTJ102/2 mining hydraulic tunnel drilling rig is equipped with a double buffering and shock-absorbing system to ensure the best service life of the drilling tool;
The pressure oil film protects and lubricates the joint interfaces and reduces internal pollution of the rock drill.

1.2 Hydraulic Drill Boom

Two sets of heavy-duty drill boom, the drill boom supported by double triangle suspension provides accurate hydraulic parallel maintenance function in all directions.

1.3 Hydraulic Propulsion Beam

Heavy-duty aluminum alloy propulsion beam has high anti-bending and torsional strength and long service life;

The surface of the propulsion beam is covered with stainless steel skin, and polyurethane rubber wear-resistant pads are used between moving parts.

 

1.4 Control System

The hydraulic rock drilling control system has an automatic anti-jamming function RPCF (rotary pressure control force).
 

1.5 Chassis

Sturdy articulated heavy-duty chassis, four-wheel drive; powered by a water-cooled diesel engine; four hydraulic outriggers for firm stability.
