Product Description

Typical Product Description
- Halogen-free with filled unsaturated polyester resin.
- Promoted and thixotropic version.
- Medium viscosity and reactivity.
- Extremely low VOCs emissions.
- Low smoke density and toxicity.
- Reach UL94V0, DIN 5510-2,  EN45545-2(HL3).
- Suit for hand lay-up application for railcar parts.

Shelf life
- Be stored in closed containers at temperatures below 25ºC and away from heat ignition sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes, sealed to prevent moisture
intrusion and volatilization of styrene. The storage shelf life below 25 ºC is 3 months.
- Due to a filled unsaturated polyester resin, the filler sedimentation would happen
during the storage process. It is necessary to mix the resin uniformly before use to avoid affecting the flame retardant.

Safety attention
- Resin solutions contain volatile and flammable monomers such as styrene(flash point : 31ºC)
- The resin should be handled and used in well ventilated, flame proof areas
-To wear gloves and goggles to guard against any skin/ eye irritation arising from the presence of styrene. Under no circumstances must accelerators be mixed with peroxide catalysts as it can cause explosions.
- Transportation should according to the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations" due to it contains styrene monomer.
