vertical oil-fired gas steam boiler

1. Weifu's LHS fire tube boiler features a top-mounted burner. Fuel is sprayed from the top for combustion. High-temperature flue gas transfers heat to water via tubes and walls, then exits as exhaust after heat absorption. The three-pass return flue gas design ensures efficient heat exchange and high thermal efficiency.

2. Another feature of the LHS top-blown fuel (gas) steam boiler structure is the large water capacity, which increases the storage space of steam and has strong load adaptability.

3. The boiler is equipped with a high-efficiency steam-water separator, which completely separates steam and water, so that the steam dryness is maintained at more than 97%, ensuring the provision of high-quality steam for customers.

4. The boiler is equipped with a high-quality imported low-nitrogen burner, fully automatic program control, automatic fan purge, electronic automatic ignition, sufficient combustion, energy saving and environmental protection.

5. The fully automatic machine features multiple protections: automatic ignition, flameout, load adjustment; water replenishment, level control; power-off & alarm for water shortage, over-temp, over-pressure; password protection, post-power-off purge, and combustion detection. Key instruments and valves are from renowned brands.

6. White color plate packaging, beautiful appearance, bright color, good sealing, and corrosion resistance.
