The prepainted steel coil is obtained by subjecting a hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet and galvalume steel sheet or an aluminum steel sheet to a surface chemical coating which is folloed by backing and covering.
The total thickness of the pre-painted galvanized steel coil is composed of the base steel/coating/primer/top paint/protectve layer thicjness. the top paint thickness is 10-25um. the back painte thickness is 5-20um.
Usually, the paint coating material is PE and the color of back paint is white grey, but it also can be customized accoring to the RAL color or customer request. Special patterns can be made such as wood grain, flower print, camouflage, brick.PPGI/PPGL also called prepainted galvanized steel coil and color coated steel coil.

Attentions in Transportation and Storage:
1. Galvanized Steel Coils should be stored in neat and tidy environment to avoid possible corrosioncaused by all kinds of corrasive medium.
2. The ground for storage should be flat, without hard object, and with sufficient loading-bearing capacity.
3. Storage environment should be dry and ventilated. Avoiding storing outdoors or with dew or with wide temp difference.
4. Coil could not be dragged lest the burr caused by slicing will scratch the coil surface underneath.Coil should be handled with care, without hitting any hard object.
