Top quality cover plates contain a higher percentage of CR. 39 material, Higher quality provides better protection and a longer service life for expensive filter plates.
The CR-39 resin protection lens is suitable for the cutting operator's labor protection of the electric welding, the plasma cutting such as argon arc welding and the hydrogen arc welding and so on. The CR-39 resin protection lens is take the methyl methacrylate and the methylacrylic acid as the main raw material, then throught some procedures became the resin lens that is a new welding labor protection product. From the middle of the 20th century, many domedtic enterprises and the units have made massive scientific research and development of this kind of product. But the quality of them could not meet the requirements. As the other enterprises, our compny has also been engaged in this research, through more than 8 year scientific research and experiment, we are succed in developing the craft standard and the production technology of the CR-39 resin protection lens in June 2006. The CR-39 lens our company produced has the charactertistc of high transmittance, oxidation resistance, anti-impact, strongly anti-static electric ability, good safety performance. The product quality achieves even surpasses the international advanced level, and it also obtain the CE authentication of European Union.
Performances and Features
The CR-39 resin welding protection lens mainly used in the electric welding of goggle piece and the fluctuation light liquid crustal board protection. This product has the feature of the anti-abrasion, the lightly weight, the anti-impact(degree of hardness to achieve 5H), the high intensity, anti-ultraviolet rediation. It has a significant characeristic of the anti-static electricity function and the flame-resistance function which the other similar products do not have. The product also have the optical property that the protection glass have.
