1. Bottle specifications with all information such as raw materials, dimensions, weight, neck size, neck design shall be provided to blow molding machine manufacturer.
2. CAD and 3D modeling drawings of bottle shall be provided to blow molding machine manufacturer.

1. Production rate of the bottle: bottles per hour, monthly rate or annual rate is the major parameter for configuring the plasticizing unit(extrusion capacity), mold cavities and die heads.
2. Automation of bottle production:

1. Manual or automatic dosing of HDPE resins with color master batches and recycled chips;
2. Manual or automatic blending of HDPE resins with color master batches and recycled chips;
3. Transportation to hopper;
4. As for bottles made by extrusion blow molding technique, the trimming or de-flashing of bottles is inevitable. Generally, all regular bottles could be trimmed or de-flashed automatically simply by the secondary mold equipped with pneumatic cylinder.
5. Bottle collection or transportation to next process
6. Packing, palletizing, or labeling, filling etc.
