100 KW Microwave Frozen Beef Thawing Machine
Microwave processing of meat products includes:drying(vacuum drying), thawing and degreasing.
Microwave vacuum drying of meat products ensures that the material is dried at low temperatures(below 38ºC-40ºC),almost completely retain the nutri-ents of the material.
Microwave thawing is directly heated from the inside of the material and does not require a conductive process.Thawing a piece of 25kg meat can be completed in 2 minutes from -15ºC to -4ºC. It also ensures the nutrition andnoncorruption of the meat.
Microwave degreasing is a new type of technical application to ensure that the final product tastes delicious with low in fat content,meets the new requirements of modern human diet.
