Product Description
The PTFE heat exchanger which we developed a special process to welds the PTFE tube with the PTFE plate is widely using in chemical and waste heat recovery applications.PTFE has excellent chemical stability,corrosion resistant,sealing,high lubrication,non-sticky,coefficient is large,it is not easy to fouling,forming scale,thereby maintaining a very stable heat transfer efficiency,small volume,light weight,compact structure.
The flexural fatigue life is more than 100thousand times,the impact strength is 1.09J/cm at-57 degree,and the 120 degree is 1.03J/cm,so it is made into special shapes and runs reliably for a long time under the condition of certain impact and vibration of the fluid.
The application areas are mainly in the field of the strong corrosion,high purity solvent production industries.
