The PM-10C Single-Layer Gluing Machine is designed to combine single-corruagtion paper with. It serves to bond the cardboard into desired shape.
This model can adopt PLC system for prescise production effect and easy operation to help increase the automazation of Corrugateed Production Line.
- The corrugated cardboard glue machine comes with touch screen display and optional PLC for glue quantity adjustment.
- The variable-frequency drive motor is adopted for independent driving and good synchronization at variable speed.
- The sync belt is adopted for stable driving without noise and vibration.
- The glue roller surface is treated with special mesh nicking and chrome plating, and the surface of glue scraping roller and loading roller undergo chrome plating after surface grinding.
- The dual-roller paper pressing structure is designed for loading with simple operation and easy maintenance.
- Automatic glue supply circulation system is adopted to prevent glue from depositing.
- The pre-heating system is matched for glue gelatinization, ensuring firm bonding at high speed.

We a combination of manufacturer and trading company.
2. What is the payment term you accept?
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.
3. What is your leading time in average? How much time needs for installation?
The manufacturing period for production line is 150 days since deposit is received and installation period is around 30 days.
4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.
5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up to factory.
