Product Description
The kiln consists of 53 modules, with the length of each module is 2000mm.
Kiln body is composed of steel frame and refractory materials according to a strict process. Steel frame as a support structure is made of high-quality structural steel . Kiln exterior is covered by the decorated steel plates, so this structure is suitable and generous. The expansion joints of 15mm between each module will be filled with fiber blankets, and the modules are connected by with bolts.
The refractory brick of high-grade and fiber blankets will be selected as kiln refractories, the different materials will be used in different modules. The bricks of JM23 mullite and lightweight insulation bricks will be used in kiln wall where the temperature below 1000 ºC, and here the refractory of hot face of the ceiling is hollow plate of cordierite with the thickness of 25mm; The materials of kiln lining will select insulated bricks of JM26 where the temperature is within 1000 ºC-1200 ºC; Hollow alumina ball brick of 1.7 g/cm3 is used in kiln ceiling and kiln wall where kiln temperature is within 1200 ºC -1400 ºC, and here the material of cold face on the kiln will be JM23-0.6 insulation bricks of high-grade and fiber blanket of aluminum silicate. In the area where the burners are installed in double layers, the expansion joint between kiln modules is filled with fiber blanket which contains zirconia.

Control system
1. Kiln control system is developed independently by us, which is suitable for air/gas ratio control,pulse control and flow control according to different requirements of the production processing.
2. Kiln control system mainly select Siemens PLC module of S7-300 and S7-200 or OMRON PLC module of CJ2M, industrial control computer and touch screen.
3.This system can collect the signals of kiln temperature, the pressure, air flow, etc., then send these information to main control panel or management system to display, record, set and control.
4.Control system can record and mange klin data in Microsoft windows, you can easily inquire historial data for defect analysis.
