CPF-CX series ClO2 generator is a positive pressure and economic disinfecting system. The installation method can be wall-mounted or standed. It is adopted Positive Pressure dosing technology and can dosing clo2 solution directly to the pressured water with simple, safe, reliable, stable operation and other characteristics. It is specifically designed for small-scale water plant, deep well water supply and secondary water supply. The customers can install and debug disinfection system by their own in accordance with instruction provided by the manufacturer.

The way of clo2 producing:
5NaClO2+4HCl = 4ClO2+5NaCl+2H2O

Use of raw materials:
NaClO2: 18.5% Sodium Chlorite Solution
HCl: 15% Hydrochloric Acid

Technology:
Two raw chemicals of NaClO2 and HCl are to be inhaled into the reactor proportionally by two metering pumps, in which produce quantitative high-purity ClO2 solution, and then to be dosed in the water treatment sites accompany with the dilution water. The highest outlet pressure of ClO2 solution is 0.40Mpa. Raw chemicals conversion rate is higher than 95%. The dosage of ClO2 can be adjusted automatically by input signals of linkage of water pump and strokes of metering pumps.
