3. Hardness: 58-62HRC.

SKD11 material heat treatment hardness: HRC58-60. SKD11 is a kind of high-carbon high-chromium alloy tool steel, after heat treatment it has a high hardness and wear resistance, and has strong hardenability, good dimensional stability characteristics. Suitable for making high-precision long-life cold mold and thermosetting plastic mold.
SKD11 has good toughness and high temperature fatigue resistance, can withstand the sudden big change in temperature, suitable for long-term work in high temperatures circumstances, with good cutting performance and polishing performance.
