Q: How about your delivery time?Around 15 days after deposit.
Q: How do you guarantee tire quality?
1) High-quality natural rubber from major rubber producing areas such as Malaysia and Thailand.
2) Advanced production equipment, including German mixer, Netherlands VMI tire building machine.
3) Mature rubber compound formula and tire structure design that have been tested in the market for many years.
4) All semi-finished tires are inspected 100%.
5) Five times inspection for each tire, including appearance test, X-ray test, dynamic test and so on.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 20GP. Less quantity will not be recommended, which will take more shipping freight and increase the business extra cost! Mix different sizes in one container is acceptable for us.
Q: What's your payment terms?
1) 30% deposit by T/T, the balance should be paid against copy of B/L.
2) By irrevocable L/C at sight.
3) Other payment can be negotiated.
Q: Can you provide samples for test before we place order?
If you need, we can provide samples at lower cost for testing before order placed.
