Magnetic Rotary Separator consists of a cyclic magnetic bar group and a housing outside. A motor is necessary to drive the magnetic rods rotating. Magnetic Rotary Separator is used to remove the ferrous contaminants from the material that is apt to caking and bridging. These materials, like power with high moisture which is certain viscous, is easily to cake using fixed magnetic separators. How to clean magnetic rotary separator?
| 1. Cut off the power supply,and ensure the magnetic rotary separator is closing down. |
| 2. Loosen the screws, and open the door. |
| 3. Loosen the magnetic grate fixed screw,take out the magnetic grate and clean it. |
| 4. Install the magnetic grate,and tighten the magnetic grate fixed screw. |
| 5. Cover the door and tighten the screws. |
| 6. Switching on the power,make sure the machine is in operation. |
