2.Q:Where is your factory located ?How can I visit there ?
A:Our factory is located in Rui'an city, Zhejiang Province, China, about one hour by air from Shanghai or 5 hours by train .
3.Q: What are you main products?
A:Our main products are film blowing machine ,bag making machine,printing machine,slitting machine and recycling machine.
4.Q: How about the payment term?
A: For new customer, our payment term is 30% T/T in advance before production, the balance 70% should be paid before delivery.
5.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: We provide one year warranty on the quality ,and most of our machine's parts are processed by ourselves, So we can better control our quality from beginning, and all our machines will before shipping.
6.Q:What technical support can we get from you if we finish order?
A:We'll provid installation instruction, or operation instructions/explanations through video calls/photos, also can send our engineer to provide trainning service, but buyer need provide the ticket, food, hotel cost etc.
