1. Introductions:
This machine working size is: 1300x2500mm with 3kw water cooling spindle power, and vaccum working table it can cut and engrave on the wood / MDF/acrylic/alumnium/ brass /copper/and other metal and nonmetal materials. Most of our customer buy this machine is make the wooden door, wooden furniture, crafts and woodworking indursty, 3D wave board processing, cupboard doors, crafts wooden doors, unpainting door, windowns.
It can cut and engave on the wood/MDF.....if with 1.5kw/2.2kw water cooling spindle, it is mainly used it to do the engraving work, but it aslo can do the cut work, for example, if cut more thick wood/ MDF (more than 30mm) it need to cut many times, then can cut down, but the edge is smooth. if with 3kw water cooling spindle it can cut 20mm thickness wood /MDF for one time, if the power is more bigger, more thick of the wood and MDF the machine can cut.
Our factory has the air cooling spindle power, if some customer don't like use the water cooling power spindle, then can choose the air cooling spindle. the working pinciple is the same of this two type wood engraving machine.
we can produce the wood cutting and engraving cnc router with many heads, like one spindle 2 heads/3/4/5/6 heads , this is as your choice. or can produce the machine with 2 or 3 /4 spindles. when you send us an letter, please tell our sales worker your exactly request, if you don't know wood cnc router exactly, please tell us you to do which work and other requirments, then our worker will help you choose one type of machine which is will fit for you.
