Q1. How are yours lights different from other suppliers?
We are one of the earliest enterprises in Taiwan specializing in the development, production, and sales of LED work lights, boasting extensive experience in lamp design:
I Precision Calculation and Design:
We conduct precise calculations to minimize light refraction loss and extend the lifespan of our fixtures.
II High-Quality Raw Materials:
We employ ROHS-compliant materials with PCBs thicker than 2mm, ensuring superior heat dissipation performance and extending the service life. Our lampshades are crafted from ROHS-compliant ADC12 aluminum alloy, offering enhanced anti-vibration and anti-compression properties. Typically, we use Cree LEDs imported from the United States. However, if customers have specific requirements for a more economical option, we will utilize Epistar LEDs or customize based on their requests.
III Stringent Quality Control:
Six steps before delivery

ii Testing and aging led chips and electronic components for 72 hours;
iii Testing Semi-finished products;
iv Testing finished products first time;
v Aging finished products;
vi Testing finished products.
Q2. How long do you need to produce for the order?
Sample order is usually 1-7 days;
Trial order over 100pcs is usually 3-7 days;
Bulk order over 1000pcs is about 15-30 days.
Q3. How about your light packing ?
JC Lights usually are packed with neutral box, If customer need custom made box, it is also acceptable.
Q4. How do I release order?
Send us an inquiry from made in china or email us directly, then our sales department will assist you .
Q5. Which payment terms available?
PayPal, Western Union, TT (Telegraphic Transfer), LC, are acceptable.
Q6. What about after sales service ?
Defective rate of JC led light is 0.5%, in case you got problem light. Please don't worry.
