| 15% amoxicillin&4%gentamycin injection veterinary drugs Name Amoxycillin trihydrate 15% & Gentamycin 4% injectable suspension Dosage form Liquid injection Appearance Colorless crystal liquid Indication Cattle: gastrointestinal, respiratory and intramammary infections caused by bacteria sensitive to the combination of amoxicillin and gentamicin, such as pneumonia, diarrhoea, bacterial enteritis, mastitis, metritis and cutaneous abscesses. Swine: respiratory and gastrointestinal infections caused by bacteria sensitive to the combination of amoxicillin and gentamicin, such as pneumonia, colibacillosis, diarrhoea, bacterial enteritis and mastitis-metritis-agalactia syndrome (MMA). Dosage and usage For intramuscular administration. The general dosage is 1 ml per 10 kg body weight per day for 3 days. Cattle: 30-40ml per animal per day for 3 days Calves: 10-15ml per animal per day for 3days Swine: 5-10ml per animal per day for 3days Piglets: 1-5ml per animal per day for 3days Precaution Keep out of reach of children Withdrawal period For meat: 30days For milk: 2days |
