This 150L vibratory polisher machine can automatically separate the polishing media and workparts after finishing. The polishing media will drop through the screen hole leaving the workparts discharged automatically. WIth the separator, the vibratory bowl achieves higher automation and greatly increase the working efficiency.

The KF-150AB vibratory bowl finishing machine use 3 phase high-performance anti-explosion vibration motor, with high cutting force and strong amplitude.
Out wall is cast iron, durable and longlife. the inner wall of the vibratory finishing bowl is wear-resistant polyurethane lining, reduce the impact to parts and medias.
Vibratory bowl finishing machine use the advanced spiral movement principle, which is better for discharging of the parts.
The vibratory finishing screen of the separation can be customized according to the size of parts and media.
Can be custom-made with and extra electric control to achieve frequency adjustable, in order to using different vibration speed for different workparts.
