Yes, free samples are available for quality testing, but customers are responsible for the freight costs.
Q4: What are your payment terms?
For orders below USD 1,000, 100% payment in advance. For orders above USD 1,000, 30% deposit via T/T, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packaging before you pay the remaining balance.
Q5: How can we guarantee the quality?
We always provide a pre-production sample before mass production, and final inspection is conducted before shipment.
