1600c high temperature PI film carbonization vacuum heat treatment furnace
1. Application:
The equipment is batch type resistance furnace, mainly used in the dewaxing, debinding, heating treatment of PI film , SIC powder, radiation proof material, magnesium fluoride, stainless steel, carbon fiber, graphite powder, carbon nano, titanium carbide, graphite and carbon material, stainless mesh, tungsten carbide, silicon carbide and so on.

380V±10%,50Hz/60Hz 3 phase 5 wire

The facility equipped with cooling tower or gas purifier for optional.
