The core feature of the open blind plate is that there is one or more holes on the surface of the plate, and the size, number, shape and distribution position of the holes are carefully designed according to the specific pipeline needs.
Compared with the ordinary blind plate, it not only has the ability to cut off the pipeline path, but also can realize part of the fluid flow or introduce other media through the hole under specific working conditions. In the edge part, there is usually a flange structure for connection, which is closely matched with the flange of the adjacent pipeline or equipment through bolts to ensure the fastness and tightness of the connection and prevent media leakage.
The manufacture of open-hole blind plates must first carry out accurate material cutting according to the design requirements to obtain a circular slab. Then, the use of advanced CNC drilling equipment, according to the predetermined hole parameters to open the hole operation, strict control of the hole diameter, concentricity and other precision indicators to ensure the quality of the hole.
In the processing of the flange part, similar to the ordinary flange manufacturing process, through forging, machining and other links, to create a standard flange structure, to ensure its dimensional accuracy and sealing performance.
After the processing is completed, it is also possible to perform heat treatment and other processes on the open hole blind plate to optimize the material properties and enhance its durability, so that it can better cope with complex working conditions.
