Silicone rubber heater is made of silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth are compounded sheet, silicone rubber heater has good flexibility, can be associated with an object to be heated is close contact. With these heateing pads, heat can be placed where it is needed. Silicone rubber heater is a kind of thin film which heats upon electrified, in a standard thickness of 1.5mm, Adopting nickel chrome wires or 0.05 mm~0.10mm thick nickel chrome foils etched to some certain shapes, the heating component is wrapped with heat conducting and insulating materials on both sides, and completed in high-temperature die forming and aging heat treatment.
