This production line can use waster paper,recycle paper (such as waste books ,news paper, used office paper ,waste paper edge from printing factory) virgin pulp, tree,bamboo,reed,wheat straw and sugarcane bagasse as raw material to make good quality tissue paper,toilet paper. capacity is 5ton/day. finished product is small toilet roll,napkin tissue,facial tissue, kitchen towel.
1.cylinder section:1500mm×2350×2900mm stainless steel cylinder mould 1set,equipped with bearing (113622) and one set Pulp-spraying Pressure former,speed regulation holy roll make the finished paper with good evenness. consistency is about 0.1-0.15%,mesh count(90-100)more than 2layers .which the pulp go on the mesh ,it will not throw pulp and not leave any trace during the production,the finished paper can have good tension ,strength and evenness in vertical and horizontal.
3.frame:Frame of cylinder section is welded with shaped steel.thickness is 10mm.
4.washing device of cylinder section:Pulp-spraying Pressure former adapt water pressing type.spray pipe DG32 stainless steel .ceramics hard wearing nozzle .
5.felt washing section:High pressure cleaning device 2 sets,spray pipe washer adapt water pressing type .spray pipe DG32 stainless steel .ceramics hard wearing nozzle .
