1 Ton Pneumatic Air Winch for Multi Purpose Applications

Application

JQH-10x24 pneumatic winch is a single drum, hand operated winch powered by TMH3.2 piston type pneumatic motor. The winch is mainly used for hauling and lifting heavy objects in metal mines, coal mines and other mining fields, construction engineering departments and other departments. Because of its small size, light weight, adjustable speed, easy handling and rapid installation, it is more suitable for underground operation in mining field, such as dispatching on loading station of digging and mining working face, hauling tramcar and lifting and pulling tools and instruments in narrow roadway underground.

Structure and working principle

JQH-10x24 pneumatic winch uses air as its power source. It drives the drum through the piston type wind power pneumatic motor and the deceleration mechanism with two sets of internal and external gear transmission pairs, so as to achieve its winding purpose. Its main structure includes pneumatic motor, gearbox, drum and brake. All the transmission parts are supported by ball or ball bearing, and the operation is flexible. The main parts are made of high strength and high quality alloy steel, and after chemical heat treatment, the parts have a long service life.
