Product Description

After starting the motor, the spool of the starting buffer valve gradually changes direction (reversing time is 0.5-1 second). After the spool is in place, the oil cylinder moves to lift. After the motor stops, the sealing function of the one-way valve and the unloading valve makes the oil cylinder lift. It will remain at the original height and will not fall. Open the unloading valve to realize the descending function; the descending speed can be adjusted by the oil return throttle valve. When the power unit of the motor unloading valve is powered off, it can be lowered by manually draining the oil; unscrew the nut of the manual oil drain valve and turn the manual oil drain screw 30° counterclockwise to lower. After the descent is completed, tighten the manual oil drain screw and install the nut and tighten it.

The displacement ranges from 0.4-1.6ml/r, and the pressure can reach 25MPa.
Using AC motor, the voltage is 220V and 380V, the four-pole motor speed is 1440rpm, the two-pole
motor speed is 2850rpm, (usually a step motor)

2. All valves adopt threaded cartridge structure, small size and low cost.
