Flexible ceramic pad (FCP) Heaters are made from 95% Al2O3. These pad heaters are assembled of interlocking sintered alumina ceramic beads which insulate stranded nickel chrome wire. This durable construction forms a flexible mat with remarkable mechanical strength.
