2-Ply Single Corrugated Conveyor Overbridge for 1800mm

• Single face corrugated sheet from single facer shall be exactly transmitted to the tension brake or suction brake for use in the transmitting system.
• The corrugator bridge is designed with suction and tension system, and 3kW high-voltage centrifugal variable-frequency blower applied for sheet vacuum adsorbing and tensioning. In addition, electromechanical web guiding system is adopted to ensure sheet stuck firmly in level.
• Two groups of operation panels are installed for electrical control to be adjustable either on or off the bridge.
• The collecting part adopts separate variable-frequency driver for sync speed as single facer to send all single-corrugated sheet onto bridge. Some sheets keep stored on the bridge to make up for speed change and then send into three-roller pre-heater for pre-heating and pasting machine and double facer for bonding.
• The feeding stand is designed with two inclined conveyer belts for feeding at low speed. Low speed feeding realizes stacking of single-corrugated sheets.

2. What is the payment term you accept? 
We usually accept T/T. DP and LC are also ok for us.
We need 30% payment as deposit to arrange production and the balance should be paid before shipping.

3. What is your leading time in average? How much time needs for installation?
The manufacturing period for production line is 150 days since deposit is received and installation period is around 30 days.

4. How do we install and debug machine?
Engineer guides installation and debug machine via video or on site.

5. Where is factory? How can we visit there?
Factory is at Mianfang Road 36, Dongguang County, Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, China.
It is near to Beijing and Tianjin, so after you get Beijing or Tianjin airport, we will pick you up to factory.
