a. Original Marine engine, not DM engine used by other Manufacturer
b. For 20 inch dredger, we will use WN500 pump to make sure desirable production, which can reach 5500cbm capacity. But we know other Manufacturer will only use WN450 pump for the same dredger which can only give 3500cbm capacity (in fact, this is a small trick made by other Manufacturers. They make the discharge pipe diameter 500mm, which seems it is a 20 inch dredger, but it is a 18inch dredger in fact).
c. The Hydraulic system of the dredger will be reputed brand, including
--pump Original from US A,
--pump Original from US A,
--PLC Made in Germany.
--Hydraulic valve Made in Japan.
d. CCS marine steel plate will be used for the pontoon fabrication and the thickness will be sufficient according to the Advanced design.
e. Sufficient thickness of epoxy painting and cathodic protection for salty water.

a. Standby our dredger expert Team will follow up all our supplied dredger's working condition in certain time.
b. Chinese engineers will stay in Bangladesh all the time and give regular inspection and consultation for the clients. Our service staff will be presented at the dredger location within 24 hours if any emergency service needed on the dredger.
c. We can supply detailed training to the staff from the clients. During the manufacturing of the dredger, the client can appoint one engineers to stay in our factory and even work with our engineers. Our engineers will train them from starting of the dredger assembling.
d. When the dredger is assembled, our engineers will give training program to more staff from the client's company. If more training program needed, our engineers can give regular maintenance training to the client's staff up to their satisfactory
level.
