Introduction

This product is made of fiberglass material and PP half-material, using two nylon anti-corrosion pumps and PLC control variable frequency drive. The machine has a PLC program control, and is an intelligent product that integrates machinery, electricity, and gas.

Characteristics

1. Adopting weight touch screen PLC integrated program control, accurate and fast calculation, real-time monitoring of the filling machine operation, and achieving modern management.

2. The weighing module uses a 60KG weighing sensor, which is stable and reliable, ensuring quality. The filling machine scale plate adopts passive drum conveyor, which can transport up to 40 kilograms of large barrels (other specifications can be customized).

3. The filling valve is made of PTFE and PP materials, with good sealing effect and no leakage guaranteed. An additional liquid connection device is installed to prevent dripping when the sealing ring of the filling head is damaged.

4.The filling machine body and other parts are made of anti-corrosion materials such as fiberglass and PP board, with overall anti-corrosion.
 

Application
 

 Mainly used for large-dose quantitative filling of corrosive chemical raw materials, especially suitable for automatic quantitative filling of coatings and oils in the chemical industry.
