Pico laser is a type of laser technology used in cosmetic and medical treatments. It uses ultra-short pulses of laser light, typically in the picosecond range (one trillionth of a second), to break down and remove melanin, pigments, and other unwanted substances from the skin.
The PicoSecond Laser uses ultra-short pulses to hit the melanin, the melanin shatters into tiny dust-like particles. Because the particles are so small, they are more readily absorbed and eliminated by the body. This can mean better clearance of the melanin and fewer treatments overall.
