Features:
1. This is Hydraulic SMC press, Frame structure in good rigidity. Its main function is to press forming SMC slice material ( commonly called glass fiber reinforced plastics) in metal mould. This series product has reached international advanced level.
2. Adopt integrated system of cartridge valve, minor impact, reliable performance, long service time and less leakage. Guide automatic lubrication device (this technology is introduced from Taiwan).
3. Electro-Hydraulic integrated safety device. Eg. Oil cylinder lower chamber support, upper and lower chamber interlocking loop and etc. Safety is superior. ( this hydraulic technology is introduced from Taiwan).
4. It can fulfill two technology, constant pressure and constant distance. It has pressure keeping and time delaying function, time delay can be adjustable.
5. Working pressure and stroke can be adjusted according to technology requirement within prescribed limit. It's easy to operate.
6. Adopt PLC computerized touch screen centralized control, with adjustment, manual and semi-automatic three operation modes.
