2.Machine tool base is made of welded steel plates ,and the main parts are cast iron, which are treated by high temperature tempering and vibration aging to ensure that no deformation occurs during long-term use.
3.With 4-axis servo and 3-axis stepper. Some parts adopt digital signals control and there is no analog signal.
4.Feed mode, feed amount, feed speed, feed speed, grinding speed, radial clearance angle and tangential clearance angle are all digital set through user interface; Processed product specifications can be stored as the production number, which can be directly invoked in the next processing. A machine can store up to 100 sets of data.
