Machine Structure: The primary castings of this machine are crafted from superior-grade cast iron. They undergo a meticulous annealing process to eliminate internal stress, ensuring unparalleled precision and rigidity, thus significantly extending the machine's lifespan. Slide Way: Both the left-right and front dual V slide ways are coated with wear-resistant resin TURCITE-B and feature precision hand-scraped surfaces. This design ensures not only smooth and wear-resistant sliding but also makes the machine exceptionally suited for forming and grinding.
Cylindrical Straight Spindle: The machine is equipped with a P4 ultra-precision angular roller bearing. This spindle offers low noise and vibration-free performance, coupled with substantial torque even at high speeds. It is ideal for heavy cutting and various forms of grinding applications.
Automatic Lubrication System: This machine integrates a state-of-the-art circulating automatic lubrication system. As soon as the main spindle activates, the lubricating oil circulates immediately, providing forced lubrication to every screw and slide. This system significantly reduces the wear on the slide ways. An oil mirror is strategically placed above the column for real-time monitoring of the lubrication status.
