Minimum order quantity We always have some bikes and parts for our retail shop. We have no starting order quantities for any in-stock products. -Lead time. For bikes and parts in stock, pre-shipment inspection and packaging takes 7 days. For custom orders, it may take 35-50 days depending on product and order quantity.
-Payment terms For small orders, 100% advance payment through TT is required. For orders over $10,000.00, TT advances 40% of the deposit, 60% is balanced with BL copy via TT. LC Spot is acceptable.
-Shipping We can arrange air, land and sea freight. -Warranty Period 1. The motorcycle's 6-month warranty starts after the product container arrives at the destination port. 2. No warranty on normal wear and tear parts. 3. No warranty for engine clutch (wear). 4. the warranty only applies to the engine (except clutch), drive train, forks and rear shock absorption. 5. Upon receipt of the goods by the customer from the port of destination, there is a 20-day grace period of written notice to the Zuumav sales team for incorrect and/or missing parts and/or quality problems. If the Buyer's notification port is not received before the 20-day grace period after the arrival of the goods at the destination, the Buyer cannot refuse to pay the balance due to errors, missing or quality problems.
