We have professional QC staffs,there are 4 processes we focus our attention on
1.Checking the bulk fabrics'quality before production,such as fabric composition,color fastness of washing and light etc.
2.Checking the logos' production,such as thread or printing colors,embroidery trim clean etc.
3.Checking the sewing process,seam properties ,slippage strength,given seam strength,strength of attachment etc.
4.Checking the finished caps and hats after steam ironing,but before packing.
