The valve seats are all forged from high alloy steel and machined transversely as a whole as specified, with strict processing to ensure high finish, accurate dimensions, high strength, good toughness and advanced heat treatment methods with surface hardness of HRC=60. The sealing material used in the valve body assembly can be selected by the user from extremely wear-resistant polyurethane, or specially formulated synthetic rubber. Easy to replace seals. It can be easily replaced with minimal downtime. They provide long service life under severe service conditions. Our company can supply various types and sizes of valve bodies and seats to domestic and foreign customers.
