Co-Extrusion Fluted WPC Castellated Cladding
The co-extrusion Castellated cladding remains the advantages of traditional one like mildew and insect resistant, abrasion resistant, scratch resistant, stain resistant and weather proof, some properties are even better. The experimental data proves that the wear resistance and scratch resistance are more than five times higher than the traditional one, which can effectively prevent the damage caused by the hard object scratching.
In addition, the solid outer layer of the co-extrusion wall panel /cladding is effectively against the penetration of the colored liquids and oil-containing liquids, making the surface of the board very easy to clean. This outer layer can improve the resistance of the composite wall panel /cladding to sunlight, rain, snow, acid rain and seawater, so that the co-extrusion wall panel/cladding has an extremely long service life.

5.Can you provid samples?
Yes sure we can, according to our company's policy, all samples are free, customer only need to bear the freight cost.
6.Is the wall/decking installlation difficult?
Actually the installation is quite easy, both wall panel and decking, only require simple tool like electric drill, clips and screws,etc. Customers can finish the installation quite quickly, usually 2 person can finish about 50 sqm wall panel/decking per day.
7. What is your deliver time?
Usually 10-15 days for one 20ft container(nearly 850 sqm goods).
8. Are you a factory ?
Yes, our factory is located in Zhejiang Huzhou City,it covers 80000 square meters,we have 40 extrusion production lines,and cooperate with supermarket and big wholesalers all over the world, we have the laboratory room to test the products and beautiful show room. Welcome to visit our factory !
