A: For products readily available in stock, there is no MOQ. However, considering the higher shipping cost for international deliveries, we recommend an initial order of no less than 500 square meters. For bespoke orders, the quantity will depend on the color patterns and the yarn material (PP, Nylon6, Nylon66, etc.) requested.
2.Q: Can you produce the product according to the design of the sample supplied by customers?

3.How do you control the quality?
A: We maintain rigorous quality control through our own dedicated QC teams, inspecting every order before dispatch.
4.Q: Are free samples available?
A: Yes, indeed. Free samples of our regular products are available, with shipping costs to be covered by the requester. For custom carpet samples, there will be an additional sampling cost besides the shipping fee (refer to section No.14-14 for the necessary details required for Custom Requests before quotation).
5.Q: Is OEM and ODM available?
A: Certainly. Please provide a detailed request for the customized logo to proceed.
6.What are your payment terms?
You can make the payment via L/C, PayPal, T/T. Other payment terms are available upon request; please contact us for further information.
7.Q: What is your delivery time?
A: Typically, for stock items, the delivery time is 3-4 days post-payment upon receiving a 30% deposit. For customized orders, the delivery spans 15-30 days, depending on the order quantity.
8. How do I know if you will deliver the goods after we pay you the deposit?
We provide trade assurance; you can place your order with confidence.
9.Q: Which port will you ship the goods from?
A: We offer EXW, CFR, FOB, and CIF pricing. Deliveries can be made by air, sea, or express courier from our local Jinzhou Port, or other ports upon request.
