When the 2BV series water ring vacuum pump works for a long time under the state of suction pressure lower than 80mbar, the cavitation protection tube should be connected to protect the pump.
The 2BV series water ring vacuum pump and compressor are widely used in the fields of petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical,food, sugar industry, etc. Since the compression process of the gas is isothermal during the working process, it is not easy to explode when compressing and extracting flammable and explosive gases, so its application is more extensive.
The 2BV6 series liquid ring vacuum pump, equipped with a direct-connected explosion-proof motor through a bracket, is more suitable for extracting flammable and explosive gases and flammable and explosive working environments. Stainless steel pumps are suitable for places with more stringent anti-corrosion and hygiene requirements.
