2. How about the delivery time?
Our lead time is 15-30 days from receipt of a 30% T/T deposit payment for container orders. Free samples will be prepared within 5 days.

Following our company policy, we provide free samples, but customers are responsible for the freight charges.

Our payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% upon the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

8. How do I properly clean and maintain my SPC flooring?
For dirt that cannot be removed by sweeping or vacuuming, use a non-rinsing cleaner that leaves no residue. Mop gently.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, oil-based cleaners, or dish detergents to maintain the floor's integrity.
9. Can I walk on my SPC floor and mop it immediately after installation?
It is recommended to avoid walking on your SPC floor for at least 24 hours post-installation.
However, you can mop the floor immediately after installation.
10. How do I repair a chip or scratch in my vinyl flooring?
While chips and deep scratches in SPC flooring are generally difficult to remove, they can be concealed.
To remove scuff marks, apply a drop of mineral spirits, turpentine, paint thinner, or baby oil over the mark.
Wipe the scuff away with a soft cloth, and be sure to thoroughly clean the floor with a damp cloth afterward to remove any residue.
Ensure no residue from the cleaning solutions is left behind.
