Q1: How does our price compare with other factories?
A: As professional forklift manufacturers with over 12 years of experience in production and export, we guarantee that our prices are more competitive than other factories.
Q2: How is our delivery time?
A: In general, we can immediately deliver regular machines to our clients within 30 days. This is possible because we have common parts in stock. For standard forklifts, we can deliver them in a very short time. For special order requests, we will do our best to deliver them on the confirmed date.
Q3: How soon can we respond to client inquiries?
A: Our team consists of diligent and dynamic individuals who work 24/7 to respond to client inquiries and questions promptly.
Q4: Which payment terms can we accept?
A: We normally work on T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) terms. On T/T terms, we require a 30% down payment in advance, and the remaining 70% balance should be settled before shipment or against the copy of the original B/L for long-term cooperating clients. On L/C terms, we accept a 100% irrevocable L/C without "soft clauses" from an internationally recognized bank. Please consult your individual sales manager for advice.
Q5: Which Incoterms 2010 terms can we work with?
A: We are a professional and sophisticated international player capable of handling all INCOTERMS 2010 terms. We usually work with regular terms such as FOB (Free on Board), CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), CP (Carriage Paid), DAP (Delivered at Place).
Q6: How long will our price be valid?
A: We are a fair and friendly supplier who is not driven by windfall profit. Our prices generally remain stable throughout the year. We may only adjust our prices based on two situations: significant fluctuations in the USD: MB exchange rates or adjustments made by manufacturers/factories due to increasing labor and raw material costs.
Q7: What logistics ways can we work for shipment?
A: We can ship forklifts or other MHE (Material Handling Equipment) products using various transportation methods. For 80% of our shipments, the machines are transported by sea to major continents such as Europe, North America, Africa, South America, Middle East, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, either by container or RoRo/Bulk shipment. For neighboring countries of China, like Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, we can send the products by road or railway. For urgent demands of light spare parts, we can use international courier services such as DHL, ***, UPS, or FedEx.
