Q1: Do you offer OEM or ODM service?
A1: Yes, we provide sufficient services in both of our brand (Omnergy) products and OEM/ODM products.
Q2: What is minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A2: Depends on different battery models. Basically, the MOQ is the quantity of products filled with 1 standard packing box. For example, the MOQ for CR17450 is 4000.
Q3: What is the packaging of your products?
A3: Basically we provide industrial bulk packaging, but we can also do blister card packaging and other customized packaging as client's requests.
Q4: How long time you can ship the goods?
A4: 15~30 days after PO confirmed till goods readiness for shipment.
Q5: Can you send some samples if possible?
A5: Yes, please send us the address and we will arrange samples for you for quality test before mass production.
