Description

Siwin-A110, a primary amino silane, can be used as an adhesion promoter in silane modified urethane(SPUR*prepolymer), filled silicone, epoxy and 2 part urethane adhesives and sealants.

Application

Glass fiber or glass fabric composites: As a finish or size constituent
Mineral fiber insulating materials and abrasives: As an additive to phenolic resin binders

Feature

Siwin-A110 used as a surface modifier in fillers and pigments. it can improve the dispersibility of the filler and the mechanical properties - such as flexural strength, tensile strength and modulus - of the composites. The silane also reduces the filler's sedimentation tendency in the uncured polymer. It can also greatly increase water (vapor) and corrosion resistance.
