3-Point or 4-point lathe steady rests

1. Full-wrap heavy-duty manual steady rests designed to suit for today's tight-tolerance workholding needs in turning operations. They can be designed into either 3-point or 4-point close types. These steady rests adopt hardened & precision rollers as the supporting elements directly contacting the workpieces. These rollers are supported with precision spherical roller bearings to ensure the centering accuracy for workpieces;

2. The top of the steady rests can be designed to be removable type, collapsible type or swiveling type as per customer requirements. Also they can be designed into open roller type;

3. Bottom of the steady rests can be designed to suit for slant lathe beds or flat lathe beds;

4. Clamping range and load capacity of the steady rests can be designed to meet customer's requirements;

5. Amount and deployment of the quills on the steady rests can be designed to meet customer's requirements on its applications;
